1-6-11: What’s Wrong With Transportation Funding in Maryland?

A recent CNBC report on the business climates of U.S. states ranked Maryland 43rd in terms of how the state’s transportation system supports business growth. This is one of a number of issues the Blue Ribbon Commission on Maryland Transportation Funding is wrestling with. The group started meeting in the fall, released its interim report on Monday, and met in Annapolis on Tuesday. Bruce Wallace was there and brings us this report.
